Q: Is the item pictured the actual product?
A: Yes, the item pictured will be the exact product you receive. The only exception will be custom made items (Phiten necklaces) that may be slightly altered from the picture shown.
Q: Is this item available in colors that aren't shown?
A: In most cases all the available options are shown on the site, but occasionally there are new colors or styles available that haven't made it to the website yet. Please contact us with the product and color you are looking for and we will do our best to find the product for you.
Q: I can't find a specific item I am looking for, can you get it for me?
A: In most cases, our entire selection is displayed on our website, but occasionally new products haven't made it onto the site yet. Please contact us with as much information as you have about the product and we will let you know if we can get the product in for you.
Q: How does the sizing work on this item?
A: Sizing varies by brand and product, if you aren't sure of your size and haven't tried on similar products contact us and we will do our best to help find the right size for you.
Q: How long does it take to deliver the items I ordered?
A: Depending on the item, it could be delivered within three business days. Every item does include an estimated shipping time when the product is being viewed. All delivery times are based on Monday - Friday business days. All orders placed after 2:00 CT will have delivery time based on the next business day.
Q: Where are my items shipped from?
A: The majority of the items are shipped from Fargo, ND. In some cases the items are shipped directly from the company. In those cases the item will be specifically noted that it ships from a different location.
Q: Why isn't my tracking number working?
A: Most of our packages are shipped in one of two ways, either UPS Ground or UPS Mail Innovations. UPS Ground Packages will start with a "1Z" while most other packages will begin with a "9". Tracking numbers that begin with a "9" can be tracked on the UPS Mail Innovations site.
Q: What method is used for "Free Shipping"?
A: In most cases we use UPS Mail Innovations for items that are free shipping. To track these items visit the UPS Mail Innovations site. If you would like your shipping expedited please select a different shipping method.*

Q: Does you accept checks or money orders?
A: Currently we only accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express payments.

Q: How long does it take to receive a refund on returned items?
A: Once a returned item is delivered to us please allow up to five business days for the processing of the refund. If an item does not include complete information such as a packing slip or explanation for return the refund process will take longer.
Q: My item was delivered broken or defective, how do I get a replacement or refund?
A: If you received an item that was defective or broken, please contact us for a return authorization. Once you have received a return authorization please send the item back to us along with a packing slip and explanation for the return and we will get you a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Q: How long do you accept returns from the date of purchase?
A: While there may be extenuating circumstances, in most cases we accept returns up to 60 days after the date of purchase. With any return, it is best to contact us before returning.
Q: Will I be charged a restocking fee on my return?
A: Restocking fees will be applied to all returns that are not pre-approved as defective or broken.
